Meanwhile, last week UMass had a big shindig in honor of Lester Grinspoon, the late freedom warrior who fought against the War on Drugs.
Not surprisingly, longtime local anti-drug war warrior Terry Franklin was there.
It was also no surprise to see the famous pot lawyer Dick Evans (left) while Franklin is shown conversing with Grinspoon's son David.

This was the only show I saw from the last tour of the Grateful Dead. The "special guest" was Bob Dylan.
