Kerfuffle

Here's a word you don't see in print very often, appearing on the front page of the Hampshire Gazette. 

According to Springfield's Merriam-Webster:

Definition of kerfuffle

: a disturbance or commotion typically caused by a dispute or conflict  

In all the kerfuffle, nobody seemed to have noticed Harry, which suited him perfectly.— J. K. Rowling

 

Inexplicably, the online version of the story doesn't use the word kerfuffle.
