Republican candidate for Massachusetts governor Geoff Diel was in Western Mass over the weekend, including West Springfield. Despite low funding, his campaign is drawing pretty good crowds.
Diel even held a successful rally in downtown Northampton!
When the rally ended, Diel made sure to thank the Northampton cops who were there to help ensure the event was not ruined by disruptive leftists.
Some hater defaced this fence along the woodland way into downtown Northampton with ugly graffiti supportive of the racist hate-group Black Lives Matter. Happily, someone with a sense of humor made some alterations.
We Irish never forget the wee people!
Meanwhile the Amherst Farmer's Market is celebrating its 50th year.
Posters were on display from previous years. I was living in Amherst in 1977, but don't recall attending the market.
This table at the fair received little attention.
More ant-communist posters, this time at UMass. That's significant because the largest minority group on campus is Chinese.

Maybe they should change the name of Riverdale Center to Riverdiel Center in honor of the visit of his high holiness
I'm surprised the Amherst Farmers market has been around for that many years. I don't seem to remember it that far back.
