Sugarloafin

I went up to Mount Sugarloaf in Deerfield. We parked at the bottom and hiked the trail all the way to the top.

At times the trail was quite steep!

It's worth the effort though for the view, which is one of the most beautiful in the Pioneer Valley. When we arrived at the top we discovered that a gang of oldsters from Springfield had beat us there in their van.

On the way home we stopped here for ice cream cones.
